All puppy purchases are subject to the completion and approval of a puppy application. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion to ensure the well-being of our puppies. Approval of an application does not guarantee the availability of a specific puppy.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. The deposit amount will be communicated during the selection process and is deducted from the total purchase price. The remaining balance is due in full prior to or at the time of pickup or delivery.
A puppy sales contract will be provided and must be signed by both parties before the transfer of any puppy. This contract outlines the specific terms, conditions, health guarantees, and responsibilities of both the buyer and the breeder.
All puppies are sold with a written health guarantee covering genetic and congenital health conditions. The specific duration and coverage of the health guarantee are detailed in the puppy sales contract provided at the time of purchase.
To maintain the health guarantee, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. Failure to do so may void the health guarantee. The buyer must also maintain regular veterinary care, provide proper nutrition, and follow the care guidelines provided.
The health guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from neglect, abuse, accidents, improper care, environmental factors, parasites, or any conditions caused by the buyer's failure to follow recommended veterinary care. Hypoglycemia, coccidia, giardia, and other stress-related conditions that may appear during the transition period are not covered under the genetic health guarantee.
We offer in-person pickup and hand-delivery services. We do not ship puppies as cargo. Delivery is arranged through trusted pet nanny or flight nanny services. All delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are due prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Delivery dates are scheduled based on the puppy's age, health, and weather conditions. We reserve the right to delay delivery if conditions are not safe for the puppy. In the event of a delay, the buyer will be notified promptly. The buyer is responsible for being available at the agreed-upon pickup or delivery time. Failure to be available may result in additional fees.
We are committed to the lifelong well-being of every puppy we breed. If at any point during the puppy's life you are unable to keep your puppy for any reason, you must contact us first. We require that all puppies be returned to us rather than surrendered to a shelter, rescue, or rehomed independently. This policy is a condition of the sales contract.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future litter at our discretion. Refunds on the purchase price are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the puppy sales contract. No refunds will be issued if the buyer fails to comply with the terms of the sales contract, including but not limited to veterinary care requirements, spay/neuter agreements, or return policies.
